During a recent question period in the Canadian Parliament, Conservative MPs created a loud and chaotic environment that made it difficult for meaningful discussion on steel industry supports. MP John-Paul Danko, Hamilton West-Ancaster-Dundas, had to repeat his question four times before the Minister of Jobs and Families could respond.
