Carney Warns of Global Order Rupture At World Economic Forum
In a stark address to the World Economic Forum on Tuesday, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney argued that the international system is “in the midst of a rupture, not a transition,” warning that the multilateral institutions relied upon by Canada and other middle powers are under serious threat.
